Swatch seeks Assistant Store Manager in Nashville, TN. Lead sales, manage team, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced luxury watch retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and support achievement of store sales objectives
- Perform daily operational activities essential to managing a specialty retail store
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to direct a cohesive and high-functioning team
- Establish and maintain superior standards of customer service and sales volume
- Maintain and enforce visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique
- Develop, mentor, and motivate store staff; model excellence through personal example
- Protect the security of cash, inventory, and company assets in compliance with established guidelines
- Represent the Swatch brand with effective communication, enthusiastic engagement, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, preferably within specialty retail
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative leadership approach
- Creative problem-solving capabilities

Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in an assistant manager capacity within specialty retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
