Swatch is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Green Hills (Nashville) to support store operations, lead the sales team and elevate client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPI delivery and day-to-day store operations for the Green Hills boutique.
- Coach, motivate and supervise sales advisors to deliver exceptional clienteling and a high-touch customer experience consistent with brand standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll inputs and operational workflows to ensure efficient coverage and service continuity.
- Drive visual merchandising, window presentation and in-store product placement in line with global directives and local market dynamics.
- Oversee stock management including receiving, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention procedures.
- Execute opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale reconciliations with rigorous attention to loss-prevention controls.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, client events and CRM activities to expand the store’s client base and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within retail; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-development capabilities with the ability to coach front-line staff to luxury service standards.
- Solid commercial acumen, comfortable working with sales KPIs, forecasts and basic financial reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished client-facing demeanour appropriate to premium watch retail.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity; prior experience in luxury goods or watch retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
