Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Westfield Mall store in Leidschendam to support the Store Manager, lead daily operations in their absence, develop the team and deliver sales and customer experience targets. This temporary contract offers the prospect of permanent employment, with a market-conform salary of €2,500–€3,500 based on knowledge and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide and motivate the store team.
- Contribute actively to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Set an example in service, hospitality and commercial conduct.
- Support staff scheduling, inventory management and store processes.
- Maintain a premium store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues when the Store Manager is absent.
- Advise national and international customers on watch purchases.
- Coordinate repairs, after-sales service and customer service processes.
- Identify commercial opportunities and act on them proactively.
- Share responsibility with the Store Manager for sales targets, team coaching and the store's premium presentation.
- Lead daily operations and direct colleagues when the Store Manager is absent.

- MBO+ level of work and thinking.
- Strong commercial mindset and proven sales skills.

3–5 years as an assistant store manager, team leader or in a comparable retail leadership role.
