Swatch Assistant Store Manager – Laval, QC. Support retail operations and team leadership at the Carrefour Laval location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Manage sales floor activities and ensure consistent brand presentation
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge and customer service
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of luxury watch and accessories retail preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
2–4 years of retail management or assistant management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, ideally within luxury goods or watch retail.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail management certification or diploma preferred.
