Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs while modelling Swatch’s customer-first service standards.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors through on-the-floor training, daily briefings and performance feedback.
- Lead clienteling and after-sales service initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and maximize repeat business.
- Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure consistency with corporate guidelines and local campaigns.
- Manage inventory controls, stock replenishment, receiving procedures and regular cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Execute cash handling, daily reconciliation and register procedures in compliance with company policy.
- Contribute to staff scheduling, recruitment and onboarding, and step in to run the store in the manager’s absence.
- Enforce loss-prevention measures, workplace safety and corporate compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail, ideally within watches, jewelry or fashion.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop frontline retail staff.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cash handling and basic retail financial controls.
- Right to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail environment; prior experience in watches, jewelry or luxury/fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma or certificate in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
