Swatch seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead sales, customer service, team performance, daily store operations, and visual merchandising at its Denver store. The role pays $26–$28 per hour plus commission and requires at least 3–5 years of Assistant Manager experience, preferably in specialty retail.

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and support sales objectives.
• Perform the daily activities required to operate a specialty retail store.
• Work with the Store Manager to direct a cohesive, high-functioning team.
• Set the standard for superior customer service and sales volume.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Develop and motivate staff, leading by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets in accordance with guidelines and directives.
• Build positive recognition for the Swatch brand through effective communication, an enthusiastic attitude, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position; specialty retail experience is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
