Swatch Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Denver (Cherry Creek) to support boutique operations, lead sales and elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in delivering boutique sales targets and KPIs while modelling exemplary client service and luxury retail standards.
  • Coach, mentor and roster the sales team to maximise conversion, average transaction value and long-term client relationships.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising, product placement and brand presentation in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, point-of-sale reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage inventory processes: stock reception, cycle counts, stock transfers and collaboration with central distribution to ensure product availability.
  • Drive local clienteling activities (appointments, follow-ups, VIP servicing) and ensure accurate CRM record-keeping.
  • Liaise with regional leadership on promotional execution, local marketing initiatives and operational escalations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching and developing frontline sales staff.
  • Solid operational competence in cash handling, inventory control and store procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.

Experience
