Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets and store KPIs; drive conversion and average transaction value through active selling and coaching.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the retail team on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to corporate guidelines, executing product launches and seasonal windows.
- Manage stock administration: receiving, inventory control, stock transfers and shrinkage prevention in coordination with head office.
- Prepare staff rotas, deliver on-boarding and training for new hires, conduct performance feedback and contribute to workforce planning.
- Handle cash reconciliation, POS operations and end-of-day reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Act as the brand ambassador in-store and at local events, escalating client feedback and market insights to the regional team.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably in watches, jewellery, luxury accessories or premium fashion.
- Demonstrable sales leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and developing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and familiarity with basic store financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset; ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability including weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant-manager role; experience in luxury or premium watch/jewellery retail preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational qualification or tertiary studies in retail management, business or hospitality is advantageous.
