Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve sales targets
• Embody Swatch and Flik-Flak brand values and guarantee the highest standards of customer welcome and experience
• Advise on and facilitate the sale of products, ensuring quality of service and merchandise presentation
• Drive customer acquisition and loyalty through engagement and product expertise
• Maintain the appearance of the shop, windows, counters and merchandise displays
• Manage administrative tasks including customer orders, delivery control, and inventory of shop materials in the Store Manager's absence
• Integrate and train new employees on sales skills, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
• Organize all shop tasks to optimize customer service and team efficiency
• Transfer important information to the Store Manager regarding daily business performance and staff matters
• Participate in events, training sessions, and team meetings
• Carry out inventory, restocking, and other administrative tasks as directed
• Maintain compliance with dress code and store regulations

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience in a retail store environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Rigorous, organized approach with strong interpersonal and business orientation
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Positive, enthusiastic and empathetic personality with team spirit
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
