Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Bruges, Belgium. Lead retail operations, manage staff, and drive sales in this supervisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff scheduling
- Support the development and execution of store sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock availability
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused approach
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the store
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail store management or assistant management role
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of luxury retail environments and watch/jewelry sector preferred
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in an assistant manager or supervisory capacity in a luxury goods or watches retail environment.
Education
Secondary education required; retail management certification or equivalent training preferred.
