Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives at the retail location
- Supervise and develop retail staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to luxury retail standards
- Contribute to sales performance and revenue targets through effective customer engagement and team leadership
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management within a luxury or multi-brand environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage store operations, inventory, and customer relationships effectively
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English proficiency is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in the luxury watch, jewelry, or multi-brand retail sectors.
Education
Secondary education required; further qualifications in retail management, business administration, or hospitality are advantageous.
