Swatch Assistant Store Manager – Brisbane, QLD. Lead retail operations and drive sales in Swatch's Chermside store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales targets
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and performance management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects Swatch's creative brand identity
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and conduct regular stocktakes
- Implement point-of-sale procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and coaching team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Experience
2-4 years of retail management experience in a fashion, luxury goods, or high-street retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
