Swatch Assistant Store Manager – Brisbane, QLD. Lead retail operations and drive sales in Swatch's Chermside store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales targets
  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and performance management
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects Swatch's creative brand identity
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and conduct regular stocktakes
  • Implement point-of-sale procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in training and coaching team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
