Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Brisbane Chermside boutique. Lead retail operations and teams in Australia's premier watch brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance
- Manage cash handling, inventory control, and merchandise presentation
- Lead sales team through training, coaching, and performance management
- Drive customer engagement and ensure exceptional service standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with head office
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Swatch brand guidelines
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal window displays
- Complete administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience
- Strong understanding of watch/luxury retail industry preferred

- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of retail management or assistant management experience, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, or watch retail. Demonstrated track record of team management and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
