Swatch is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Brisbane, Australia — lead retail operations and drive sales at Tattersall's Arcade.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and loss-prevention measures.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure store presentation aligns with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and coordinate with central teams on product flow and allocation.
- Prepare sales and operational reports, assist with rosters, and contribute to local marketing and event execution.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within watches, accessories or fashion.
- Demonstrable sales leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly developed customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Right to work in Australia.
