Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and support achievement of sales objectives
- Perform daily operational activities of a specialty retail store
- Direct a cohesive and high-functioning team in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Set and maintain superior levels of customer service and sales performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
- Develop, motivate, and lead staff by example
- Safeguard the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to established guidelines
- Represent the Swatch brand through effective communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position
- Specialty retail experience preferred
