Swatch Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Aventura, FL to support retail operations and lead team excellence in a luxury watch boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily retail operations and staff management
- Support the execution of visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Train, mentor, and develop store associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise placement
- Facilitate customer service excellence and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills and client-facing experience
- Knowledge of luxury watch brands and watchmaking heritage preferred
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
