Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in directing and coordinating store staff and daily operations
- Guide customers through the entire sales experience, identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions
- Ensure post-sale technical assistance and warranty application procedures
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Proactively collaborate with Store Manager to secure adequate resources for performance objectives
- Supervise team training according to established guidelines
- Prepare daily activity schedules and staff hour allocations
- Manage cash desk operations including payment procedures, tax-free transactions, and bank deposit processes using dedicated systems
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
