Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Supervise and train sales staff to meet performance goals.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support sales strategies to achieve store targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
