Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet performance goals.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
