Role & Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional performance and personal development
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through commercial leadership and personal selling
• Serve as a role model for service excellence, hospitality, and commercial behavior
• Assume full operational authority in the Store Manager's absence, including staff supervision and day-to-day decision-making
• Support personnel scheduling, inventory management, and implementation of store processes
• Ensure premium store presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with Swatch brand guidelines
• Advise both domestic and international customers on product selection and purchase decisions
• Oversee after-sales service, repairs, and customer service trajectories
• Proactively identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding operational and personnel matters

Qualifications

• MBO+ level work and thinking methodology
• Demonstrated experience as assistant store manager, team leader, or equivalent supervisory retail role
• Strong commercial mindset and proven sales skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Professional and representative appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability including potential weekend and evening shifts

Skills

Experience

Proven track record in a supervisory or assistant management capacity within premium or luxury retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance, developing team members, and maintaining operational standards.

Education

MBO+ qualification or equivalent professional credential in retail management or hospitality.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 2,500 to EUR 3,500 per month.
