The Temporary Cashier supports Swarovski’s administrative and operational store activities, including fiscal routines, technology support, HR processes and financial documentation, while helping maintain a welcoming, organized environment. This is a temporary, full-time position at Shopping Eldorado.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and fiscal routines, including issuing invoices and sending required documentation to partners and support teams.
- Support store technology needs by contacting maintenance and support teams as required.
- Support Human Resources processes, including schedule management, time-sheet control and administrative documentation.
- Receive, control and forward financial documents to the responsible teams, meeting established deadlines.
- Work with the team to maintain a welcoming, organized store environment aligned with Swarovski standards.
Qualifications
- A passion for fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in customer service, store operations or administrative routines is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, empathetic and results-oriented approach.
- Ease in using digital tools and technology applied to retail.
