Swarovski seeks a Store Manager at Emporium in Melbourne to lead and develop the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial performance. The role oversees sales targets, recruitment and coaching, customer loyalty, store operations and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs.
- Recruit, onboard and coach talent, and secure succession plans.
- Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, loss prevention and compliance.
- Ensure the implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how.
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
- Customer-focused, curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
- English skills.
