The Store Manager leads, develops and coaches the team, drives sales and customer loyalty, and oversees store operations and compliance at Swarovski’s Brisbane Airport location. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant multicultural retail experience and includes recognition awards, product discounts, paid volunteering leave, training and career development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs.
- Recruit, onboard and coach talent, while securing succession plans.
- Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, loss prevention and compliance.
- Ensure the implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how.
- A personable approach to establishing trusting relationships and empowering others.
- Customer-focused, curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
- English skills.
