The Stockroom Supervisor at Swarovski supports deliveries, inventory accuracy, replenishment, internal repairs and stockroom operations, coordinating supply purchases with department managers. Role & Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor existing workflows and processes to ensure transactions are completed flawlessly.
- Support daily stock replenishment to maintain sufficient inventory for efficient sell-out.
- Process deliveries of merchandise, supplies and equipment within the store.
- Process internal repairs, including recording, dispatching and managing items damaged in sales or the warehouse.
- Receive and check product deliveries, then place items in their appropriate storage locations.
- Inspect incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness and defects.
- Prepare articles for sale by unpacking, posting them in the system, labelling and sorting them into appropriate storage locations.
- Purchase supplies and equipment for the operation in coordination with department managers through the internal purchasing order system.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multicultural retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
- Planning and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of organization.
