About Swarovski

Swarovski is seeking a Senior Group FP&A Controller to lead and enhance group-wide financial planning, reporting and governance, advise senior stakeholders, and standardize processes. The role is an 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension after successful completion of the initial term.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage group financial planning processes, including mid-term planning, budgeting and target setting, and monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring accurate and consistent financial results across deliverables.
- Manage and further develop financial planning models for mid-term planning, budgeting and target setting.
- Advise and act as a sparring partner to local and central teams on financial planning and reporting topics.
- Provide internal consulting and advice to Business Finance colleagues and other teams when in-depth financial planning and reporting expertise is required.
- Design and standardize financial planning and reporting processes and systems.
- Design and standardize financial governance instruments and processes, including financial steering concepts, dimensions, attributes and KPIs.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses for top management to support fact-based decision-making, extracting data from financial management systems and delivering formatted reports with insightful commentary.
- Plan, execute and/or lead selected special projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, as appropriate; plan, schedule and control project activities to meet objectives and requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Economics.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in a similar role within a global, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel modelling capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in German is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik, or similar tools, is an asset.
- Experience in M&A, due diligence or investment banking is a plus.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Innovative and creative approach, where possible, and a can-do attitude.
