The Seasonal Sales Associate represents Swarovski, provides an engaging pre-Christmas shopping experience, helps customers select gifts, wraps purchases, supports stockroom tasks, and maintains the sales floor with the team. This is a part-time seasonal role for the Christmas period.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Swarovski brand.
- Welcome customers and accompany them on their journey through the Swarovski experience.
- Create an engaging in-store experience during the pre-Christmas season and help customers find the perfect gift.
- Carefully wrap customers’ purchases.
- Assist with tasks in the stockroom.
- Work with the store team to maintain an orderly sales floor and attractive product presentation.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for the Swarovski brand and its products, with enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
- High motivation and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach.
- Open and communicative personality.
- Initial retail experience is preferred.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability to work in the store on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Enjoyment of the pre-Christmas season and working as part of a welcoming store team.
