Swarovski is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for the pre-Christmas period at its Löhr-Center store in Koblenz. The role focuses on customer service, gift selection and wrapping, stockroom support, and maintaining an orderly, attractive sales floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Swarovski brand and welcome and accompany customers as they explore the Swarovski experience.
- Provide customers with an engaging in-store experience during the pre-Christmas period and help them find the perfect gift.
- Carefully wrap customers’ purchases.
- Support tasks in the stockroom as needed.
- Maintain an orderly sales floor and appealing product presentation together with the store team.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for Swarovski and its products, along with enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
- High motivation and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach.
- An open and communicative personality.
- Initial retail experience is preferred.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability to work in store on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Enjoyment of the pre-Christmas period and working as part of a welcoming store team.
