Swarovski is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant in Basel to support customer service, product packaging, replenishment, stock checks and checkout processes during the Christmas season. The role is part-time, with flexible availability for Friday and Saturday shifts requested.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team in assisting and advising customers.
- Pack customers’ purchases with care.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and check stock in the stockroom.
- Assist with checkout processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and an open, communicative personality.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- Enjoyment of working as part of a team.
- Provide current Swiss work permit status with the application.
