The Seasonal Cashier supports Swarovski boutique administrative and operational activities, handling fiscal documentation, store technology requests, HR administration, and financial documents while helping maintain an organized, welcoming store environment. This is a seasonal, full-time role at Shopping Tamboré.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and fiscal routines, including issuing tax invoices and sending required documentation to partners and support teams.
- Support store technology needs by contacting maintenance and support teams when necessary.
- Assist with Human Resources processes, including schedule management, timekeeping records, and administrative documentation.
- Receive, track, and forward financial documents to the responsible teams, ensuring established deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, organized store environment aligned with Swarovski standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in customer service, store operations, or administrative routines is an advantage.
