Swarovski seeks an SAP FICO Consultant in Bandar Bayan Baru to support APAC Finance and Controlling through solution design, process definition, ERP operations, configuration, issue resolution, and regional and global projects in the S/4HANA environment. The role is full-time and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders on efficient business processes and selected FICO improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, and operation of SAP FI/CO solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support efficient business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and help translate them into functional specifications.
- Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in regional and global projects, including implementations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues and support end users to ensure stable system operations.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
