The Sales Assistant represents Swarovski, welcomes customers, supports gift selection and product packaging, assists with stockroom tasks, and helps maintain the sales floor. This is a part-time seasonal role for the pre-Christmas period in a welcoming store team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Swarovski brand.
- Welcome customers and guide them through the Swarovski experience.
- Create an engaging in-store experience during the pre-Christmas season and help customers find the perfect gift.
- Carefully package customers’ purchases.
- Support tasks in the stockroom as needed.
- Work with the store team to maintain order and appealing product presentation on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for Swarovski and its products, along with enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
- High motivation and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach.
- An open and communicative personality.
- Ideally, some initial retail experience.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work in the store on Fridays and Saturdays.
