Swarovski is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the pre-Christmas season at its Marienplatz store in Munich. The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, creating an engaging shopping experience, gift wrapping, supporting stockroom tasks and maintaining the sales floor with the store team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Swarovski brand and welcome and guide customers through the Swarovski experience.
- Create an engaging in-store experience during the pre-Christmas period and help customers find the perfect gift.
- Carefully wrap customers’ purchases.
- Assist with tasks in the stockroom as needed.
- Work with the store team to keep the sales floor tidy and ensure products are attractively presented.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for the Swarovski brand and its products, with an interest in fashion and lifestyle.
- High motivation and a strong customer and service orientation.
- Open and communicative personality.
- Ideally, some initial retail experience.
- Flexible working hours and availability to work in store on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Enjoyment of the pre-Christmas period and working with a welcoming store team.
