- Oversee and challenge financial and operational performance across multiple internal and external manufacturing sites, ensuring transparency, consistent performance measurement, and alignment with global supply chain priorities.
- Define ambitious financial targets and lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, variance analysis, and CAPEX management across the global supply chain organization.
- Ensure accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting, robust cost transparency, and actionable insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Drive inventory optimization and obsolescence reduction through stronger financial steering and cross-functional decision support.
- Standardize and enhance finance processes, controls, KPIs, reporting, and automation to improve transparency, efficiency, and business impact.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial and operational topics into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in finance and controlling roles, including at least 5 years in leadership positions, ideally in an international manufacturing, operations finance, or supply chain finance environment.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
