Swarovski is seeking an experienced, analytical Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager in Subotica, Serbia, to develop its global S&OP process and operating model, strengthen governance and cross-functional planning, and drive measurable improvements. The role partners with Commercial, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams in a full-time capacity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the continuous development and improvement of the global S&OP process and operating model.
- Ensure clear and consistent S&OP processes, governance, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across functions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of and adherence to the S&OP process, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assess S&OP maturity and translate identified gaps into tangible improvement initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen planning integration, transparency, and decision-making.
- Continuously improve S&OP management views, KPIs, analytics, and supporting tools.
- Ensure S&OP forums and processes provide the information, transparency, and structure needed for effective business decisions.
- Establish and maintain appropriate governance, tracking, and escalation mechanisms.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning stakeholders to embed improvements and support sustainable adoption.
- Support capability building and the development of consistent S&OP practices across the organization.
- Track the progress and impact of S&OP improvement initiatives and ensure appropriate follow-through.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in S&OP, IBP/S&OP transformation, planning excellence, supply-chain transformation, performance management, or related functions, preferably in a global or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, commercial, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience improving processes, governance, or ways of working in a complex organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing supply-demand balance, inventory, and operational capacity.
- Fluent in English.
