The role collaborates with regional planners and commercial, finance, and supply chain teams; it is full-time and offers hybrid and flexible work options.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate, data-driven global demand plans for B2B markets using historical performance and market inputs.

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias across markets, driving root-cause analysis and improvements.
  • Align demand forecasts with financial targets, including budget and outlook cycles.
  • Identify and quantify forecast risks and opportunities, highlighting potential business impact.
  • Prepare clear, insight-driven inputs for S&OP meetings to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver a single, transparent, consolidated global demand plan.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in English for effective communication across global teams; German is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid knowledge of demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and S&OP processes.
  • Ability to identify patterns, constructively challenge assumptions, and spot inconsistencies.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of budgeting, financial variances, and key drivers.
  • Experience with ERP and forecasting systems, such as SAP and Anaplan, and data visualization tools, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
