Swarovski is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant for its Global Business Services office in Bandar Bayan Baru, Malaysia. The role processes purchase invoices, creditor payments, tax data, accruals and expense reimbursements, verifies payment files, responds to inquiries and supports accurate, compliant and efficient payables processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and ensure creditors are paid accurately, efficiently and on time.
- Process and report relevant tax data, financial accruals and reversals.
- Process expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify accounts payable payment files against purchase orders or vendor master agreements.
- Respond to accounts payable inquiries.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of accounts payable principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Data-entry skills and a strong interest in working with numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and standard software tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A delivery-focused, service-oriented attitude and ability to communicate and explain procedures and proposed solutions to partners.
