Role & Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the boutique and guide the team towards its objectives.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience, operational excellence and adherence to Stone Island standards.
• Support, motivate and unite the team on a daily basis.
• Contribute to the onboarding, training and development of employees.
• Monitor individual and collective performance.
• Foster effective communication and team cohesion.
• Ensure compliance with Maison procedures and standards.
• Contribute actively to achieving the boutique’s commercial objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Guide the team in developing sales and optimising performance.
• Implement action plans to improve commercial results.
• Develop client loyalty and relationships.
• Ensure a distinctive client experience aligned with Stone Island’s identity and values.
• Maintain the boutique’s presentation and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the point of sale.
• Contribute to team planning and coordination.
• Ensure operational and administrative procedures are followed.
• Monitor activities and share the information required for the boutique to operate effectively.

Qualifications

• Present an image and appearance consistent with the brand’s style.
• Demonstrate product sensitivity and a good knowledge of fashion.
• Have strong commercial skills, availability and responsiveness.
• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
• Demonstrate a service mindset, team spirit and the ability to work independently.
• Be reliable and punctual, and be flexible to work weekends.
• Be fluent in French and English; fluency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
• Have a strong affinity with the brand’s style and the ability to represent it effectively.
