Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager at Sisley Industrie's Blois production facility, the successful candidate will execute warehouse operations spanning receiving, shipping, manufacturing order preparation for internal production and subcontracting, and replenishment of conditioning lines and weighing units. The role demands strict adherence to safety, quality, hygiene, environmental standards, and all applicable regulatory frameworks and internal procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect packaging materials and raw materials against purchase orders, verifying shipment integrity per established receiving procedures
- Sort and manage pallet transfers with system integration
- Replenish production lines and weighing boxes according to scheduling and specifications
- Verify inventory levels on production lines and boxes
- Deplete and redistribute materials from conditioning lines or boxes
- Receive finished, semi-finished, and bulk products against manufacturing orders following quantity verification
- Prepare manufacturing orders for production in compliance with standard procedures
- Reintegrate returned materials from lines or boxes into inventory systems and physical stock
- Document waste and defects
- Prepare and load articles for shipment per established shipping procedures
- Prepare components for external subcontracting from manufacturing orders
- Execute system movements (via scanner or workstation) for bulk inventory entry prior to dispatch
- Conduct periodic inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum three years confirmed experience in a similar warehouse role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- CACES R489 certifications, categories 1 and 5
- Proficiency in logistics processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) framework
- Demonstrated competency with computerised systems and supervision tools
