Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect packaging materials and raw materials against purchase orders, verifying shipment integrity per established receiving procedures
- Sort and manage pallet transfers with system integration
- Replenish production lines and weighing boxes according to scheduling and specifications
- Verify inventory levels on production lines and boxes
- Deplete and redistribute materials from conditioning lines or boxes
- Receive finished, semi-finished, and bulk products against manufacturing orders following quantity verification
- Prepare manufacturing orders for production in compliance with standard procedures
- Reintegrate returned materials from lines or boxes into inventory systems and physical stock
- Document waste and defects
- Prepare and load articles for shipment per established shipping procedures
- Prepare components for external subcontracting from manufacturing orders
- Execute system movements (via scanner or workstation) for bulk inventory entry prior to dispatch
- Conduct periodic inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum three years confirmed experience in a similar warehouse role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- CACES R489 certifications, categories 1 and 5
- Proficiency in logistics processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) framework
- Demonstrated competency with computerised systems and supervision tools
