Role & Responsibilities
- Advise on and sell Sisley Group skincare, Hair Rituel by Sisley, and Neur|aé product lines
- Elevate brand image and merchandising within retail environments
- Embody and communicate Sisley's brand values through professional presentation and comportment
- Train and mentor in-store beauty advisors on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Proactively engage with all customers and drive new customer acquisition
- Deliver flash makeup applications and hair diagnostics to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Aesthetics or Beauty Sciences
- Proven track record in a similar sales or beauty advisory role
- Mastery of consultative selling and product advisory techniques for premium skincare
- Excellent presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and exceptional customer service orientation
- Autonomy, diplomacy, organizational skills, and demonstrated teamwork

Experience
Successful prior experience in a comparable sales or beauty advisory position within selective or luxury beauty retail.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics, Beauty Sciences, or equivalent professional qualification in cosmetics or skincare consultation.
