Role & Responsibilities
- Design training tools and programmes tailored to market needs and aligned with international marketing developments
- Develop and evolve pedagogical curricula, training content, and course materials for hair care product lines
- Select and implement appropriate pedagogical methods, tools, and delivery mechanisms based on training objectives
- Analyze feedback on training tools and adapt content as required
- Deliver training to internal staff, external trainers, and point-of-sale advisors across France and internationally
