Role & Responsibilities
- Manage delivery anticipations, delays, and remaining stock for assigned product references
- Track and manage missing components destined for production
- Analyze net requirements calculations (CBN), monitor inventory levels, and prevent stockouts
- Create and manage purchase orders, manufacturing orders (OF), service requests, and orders from various facilities (subcontracting and internal)
- Confirm, update, and adjust orders and manufacturing orders in SAP
- Generate real-time reporting and maintain current delivery data and scheduling/quantity risk documentation
- Monitor OTIF (on time, in full) metrics
- Alert and escalate quality issues
- Regularize component stock movements within the system
- Create rework manufacturing orders when necessary
- Prepare and participate in meetings with project teams (Procurement, Packaging Development, Laboratories)
- Extract, update, and communicate order portfolios, forecasts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with warehouse teams (logistics/receiving) to prioritize component shipments and receipts
- Participate in departmental meetings and escalate alerts
- Serve as primary contact for assigned subcontractors and conduct regular reviews
- Prepare and participate in supplier evaluations
- Monitor new product launches
- Participate in cross-functional departmental projects and provide team support
- Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Higher education in Supply Chain or Production Management
- Professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in subcontracting procurement/planning
- Knowledge of the cosmetics sector (preferred)
- Rigorous, autonomous, and collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and communication capabilities
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel

Professional experience in Supply Chain environments, ideally within subcontracting procurement or production planning roles.
Education
Higher education degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field.
