Sisley seeks a Senior Indirect Buyer in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, France to manage diverse procurement portfolios and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a varied indirect procurement portfolio (IT, professional services, transportation, general expenses, industrial equipment) with select international scope
- Identify and implement procurement strategy across the assigned indirect purchasing categories
- Conduct supplier sourcing activities and animate existing vendor panels, including annual performance evaluations
- Ensure optimal balance across cost, quality, and delivery objectives
- Actively contribute to the achievement of the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental objectives
- Serve as an ambassador for the procurement function, communicating and building consensus on critical initiatives within the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal Department, other business divisions) and continuously develop professional networks
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the indirect procurement function and share best practices across teams
Qualifications
- Higher education with specialization in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Significant experience in an indirect buyer role
- Ability to adapt across varied procurement categories, demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and strong analytical capability
- Rigour, interpersonal skills, and proven negotiation ability
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Fluent English
