Sisley Paris seeks Sales Demonstrator in Paris to drive brand activations, client engagement, and revenue growth across selective perfumery retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Sisley Group brands including Sisley, Hair Rituel by Sisley, and Neur|ae
- Enhance and maintain brand image and visual presentation within retail locations
- Embody and communicate the Sisley savoir-faire through professional presentation and demeanor
- Train and mentor in-store beauty consultants on Sisley products and selling techniques
- Proactively engage with all customers and recruit new clientele
- Conduct flash makeup applications and hair diagnostics, as well as deliver Neur|ae brand experiences
- Build customer loyalty by introducing product innovations and driving sales across all product categories
- Expand consultative selling into complementary product lines
- Coordinate team initiatives to align in-store beauty advisors with business objectives
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Esthetics
- Proven experience in a similar sales or beauty consultant role
- Expert command of high-end skincare sales and consultation techniques
- Excellent presentation standards with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Autonomy, diplomacy, organizational ability, practical judgment, and collaborative mindset
- Strong listening skills and adaptability in dynamic retail environments
- Results-driven mentality with capacity for strategic recommendations

Experience
Successful prior experience in a comparable sales, beauty consultation, or brand animation role.
Education
CAP, BEP, or BTS qualification in Esthetics or related beauty discipline.
