Sisley Paris seeks a Project Manager for Product Launches at their Saint-Ouen l'Aumône headquarters in France. Lead product development coordination across operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor launch retrospective timelines while accounting for departmental constraints and delivery schedules
- Coordinate internal expert functions including Scientific Direction, Packaging Development, Procurement, Industrialisation, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Facilitate project tracking meetings including project reviews, focused sessions, kick-offs, scoping sessions, and arbitration meetings
- Monitor and continuously pilot each phase of launch including formula development and industrialisation, evaluation testing planning, packaging selection and certification, supplier bidding and assignment, and production planning
- Create product references and nomenclatures within system platforms and develop technical specifications
- Serve as the principal analyst for subcontractor schedule validation and participate in packaging supplier timeline analysis
- Identify solutions and action plans to address challenges encountered during development phases
- Escalate risks and required arbitrations to appropriate governance bodies
- Update project tracking tools to provide visibility on launch progress

- Advanced degree in project management, business school, or engineering
- Experience in project management in a similar role
