Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this position is responsible for weighing and manufacturing operations while ensuring formula compliance and workshop service standards in quality, quantity, and timeliness, in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The incumbent performs mixing operations, conducts physico-chemical quality checks, implements corrective actions, maintains traceability through documentation, and ensures equipment cleanliness and workspace organization within the production facility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute mixing operations and adhere to fabrication protocols and associated batch documentation
  • Perform physico-chemical quality control checks prior to filling and verify container compliance (density, viscosity, weight, etc.)
  • Implement necessary corrective actions in response to quality deviations or non-conformities
  • Ensure traceability by completing fabrication documentation and labeling containers
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and production workspace (workshop and manufacturing bay) according to GMP standards
  • Execute raw material sampling and weighing using dedicated software systems and associated equipment
  • Complete, issue, and approve documents required for traceability procedures
  • Label containers with accurate identification and batch information
  • Clean weighing bay, equipment, and tools; maintain organized and compliant work environment
  • Perform verification checks on balances and pressure systems
  • Reconcile and transfer weighed materials against manufacturing orders
  • Document and report non-conformities and anomalies through formal incident reports
  • Alert Manufacturing Manager of quality deviations or technical malfunctions and participate in root cause analysis
  • Execute validated corrective measures for quality non-conformities and technical issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within assigned operational scope
  • Comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality matters

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Industrial Production or equivalent technical qualification (Bac Pro, TPI, TSPCI)
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in cosmetic or pharmaceutical production settings
  • Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Competency with weighing and manufacturing processes and supervision systems
  • Strong IT proficiency with production management software
  • Ability to work systematically and collaboratively within a regulated, quality-focused environment

Bac Pro or TPI/TSPCI qualification (or equivalent) in Industrial Production or related field.
