Reporting to the France Sales Promotion Department, the Pharmacy Beauty Consultant visits outlets in the assigned sector for promotional activities, promotes Sisley in pharmacies and/or parapharmacies, and works towards sales targets while building commercial momentum. The role includes skincare advice and sales, express makeovers and diagnostics, customer loyalty and acquisition, and cross-selling complementary products. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Visit sales outlets in the assigned sector to deliver promotional activities.
- Promote Sisley in pharmacies and/or parapharmacies, achieve assigned sales targets, and generate enthusiasm and commercial momentum around the brand.
- Advise on and sell Sisley’s skincare method and products.
- Enhance the brand’s image.
- Develop customer-facing activities, including advising on and selling the brand’s skincare method and products.
- Perform express makeovers and/or hair diagnostics and/or Neur|aé diagnostics.
- Build customer loyalty by presenting new products.
- Recruit new customers.
- Extend advice and sales to complementary products.
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP or BTS qualification in aesthetics.
- Successful experience in a similar role in a pharmacy or perfumery.
- Mastery of sales and advisory techniques for premium skincare products.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to make recommendations.
- Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Autonomy, diplomacy, organisation, practical judgment and team spirit.
- Listening skills and adaptability.

Experience
Successful experience in a similar role in a pharmacy or perfumery.
Education
CAP, BEP or BTS qualification in aesthetics.
