Sisley seeks an experienced Payroll Manager for full-time permanent role in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône. Manage payroll processing, compliance, and employee relations for established luxury fashion brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and control variable payroll elements and ensure accuracy of all salary calculations
  • Prepare and issue final account settlements (soldes de tout compte) and associated documentation including certificates of employment, unemployment attestations, and payslips
  • Manage salary increases and performance-based bonuses across the assigned population
  • Track and reconcile working hours, time records, leave requests, paid time-off accruals, and attendance discrepancies
  • Monitor absences, paid leave, family events, maternity leave, sick leave, and workplace accidents; file declarations with social security authorities (CPAM, Net entreprise) and reconcile IJSS reimbursements with payroll
  • Digitize and file supporting documents in the enterprise content management system
  • Develop and maintain various management dashboards for absence tracking, attendance bonuses, and other payroll metrics
  • Validate and test payroll databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Control and prepare salary transfers, manage payment interfaces and cycle closures within prescribed deadlines
  • Process DSN (Digital Social Declaration) data, validate event signalments, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
  • Conduct analyses and calculations in Excel for payroll reconciliation, audits, and ad hoc reporting
  • File workplace accident declarations and coordinate with insurance providers
  • Perform calculations for departure simulations and severance scenarios
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and leave balances
  • Serve as backup to a paired payroll manager, covering their responsibilities during absences and emergencies
  • Participate in cross-functional HR and organizational projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification equivalent to Bac+2 or above
  • 5 to 10 years of professional payroll administration experience
  • Proficiency with Cegid RHPI payroll software (highly desirable)
  • Strong command of French employment and social security regulations
  • Mastery of Excel for complex calculations and data analysis

Experience

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, preferably within a mid-to-large organization. Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex payroll cycles, statutory compliance, and employee communication.

Education

Higher education qualification equivalent to Bac+2 (two years post-secondary education) or above. Training in HR, payroll management, accounting, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
