Reporting to the Master Data and Supply Chain Performance Manager within the Supply Chain Division, this role oversees the team responsible for creating, updating, and ensuring data quality for product and supplier reference data across the Group's information systems. The successful candidate will guarantee data reliability, consistency, regulatory compliance, and accessibility across both upstream and downstream enterprise systems, while spearheading continuous service improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, unite, and mentor the Master Data Articles and Supplier team in alignment with the organization's strategic vision
- Define operational priorities, organize activity allocation, and enforce adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Establish collective and individual performance objectives, instil a results-driven culture, and champion operational excellence
- Drive team competency development and ensure consistency in practices and methodologies
- Foster a collaborative work environment that enhances engagement and employee motivation
- Supervise the creation, updating, and validation of article and supplier data across all systems
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and completeness within all enterprise tools
- Coordinate product launches and data evolution initiatives across internal teams
- Manage large-scale data processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Enforce strict compliance with internal procedures, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Verify and validate all critical data creations and modifications
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and deploy innovative actions to optimize service performance, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Design and contribute to the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent (Bac+4/5 minimum)
- Proven experience in Master Data management, preferably within complex industrial, cosmetics, or distribution environments
- Demonstrated success in team management or cross-functional project leadership
- Advanced understanding of how reference data directly impacts operational workflows
- Fluent English (written and oral) for international subsidiary collaboration
- Expertise with complex information systems (ERP, PIM) and article/supplier creation processes
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and unfailing reliability

Experience
First successful experience in team management or cross-functional project coordination, combined with expertise in Master Data management developed within industrial, cosmetics, or complex distribution sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent specialized discipline.
