Role & Responsibilities
- Execute mixing operations and adhere strictly to manufacturing protocols and batch documentation
- Perform physico-chemical auto-controls prior to dispensing and verify container compliance (density, viscosity, weight)
- Implement necessary corrective actions in response to quality deviations
- Guarantee traceability by completing manufacturing documents and labeling containers appropriately
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization, including production boxes and work environments
- Collect and weigh raw materials using management software and associated equipment
- Prepare, issue, and approve documentation required for full traceability
- Execute container labeling according to specifications
- Clean weighing boxes, equipment, and machinery; maintain organized work environments
- Verify scales and pressure systems for accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile and transfer weighed materials onto manufacturing orders
- Document anomalies and non-conformities in deviation reports
- Alert the Manufacturing Manager to any non-conformities or equipment malfunctions and conduct analysis
- Implement validated corrective measures in response to quality or technical deviations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production scope
- Comply with all applicable Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environment regulations, GMP standards, and current legislation
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat Professionnel or TPI/TSPCI qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably within cosmetic or pharmaceutical production sites, or equivalent industrial environment with stringent HSE and regulatory requirements
- Mastery of weighing and manufacturing processes
- Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Proficiency with manufacturing software and supervision tools

Experience
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations, ideally within cosmetic or pharmaceutical production facilities, or successful background in demanding industrial environments with high HSE and regulatory constraints.
Education
Baccalauréat Professionnel (or equivalent secondary technical qualification such as TPI or TSPCI).
