Sisley seeks a Maintenance Technician in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône to manage preventive and corrective facility maintenance on a full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on all buildings and site equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and recommend solutions to ensure longevity of installations
- Execute repairs on all installation types including technical facilities, electrical systems, plumbing and related infrastructure
- Assist with room preparation, furniture movement and facility logistics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of installations and implementation of new equipment
- Document all maintenance interventions and ensure proper tracking of maintenance operations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Formation in CAP/BEP/Bac Pro in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance technician role
- Multitechnical competencies including electrical work, mechanics, automation, plumbing and related trades
- Demonstrated respect for safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, versatility and discretion
- Strong collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning
- Analytical and diagnostic capabilities

Proven experience in a similar maintenance technician position, with demonstrated competency in performing preventive and corrective maintenance across diverse technical systems and installations.
Education
CAP/BEP/Bac Pro qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
