Reporting to the HR Process and Data Director, this role ensures the maintenance and functional evolution of HRIS systems across all HR domains. The successful candidate will focus on incident resolution, performance optimization, system management and evolution, HR rule formalization, specification documentation and user support for HRIS platforms. This position includes participation in project phases for new system implementations, including analysis, testing, production monitoring, and change management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer HRIS systems functionally, including updating HR reference data and performing bulk data imports
- Create and maintain time management cycles within the HRIS infrastructure
- Propose improvements and optimizations for HRIS processes
- Execute system configurations for minor corrections and functional updates
- Manage system access rights, roles, and user profiles
- Assist the HRIS project manager in project organization, governance, communications, and needs analysis
- Conduct functional testing through comprehensive test scenarios
- Review and validate data imports for accuracy and compliance
- Manage project work on assigned missions
- Receive, qualify, and escalate user-reported anomalies
- Correct straightforward technical issues independently
- Track and monitor anomalies with HRIS service providers and vendors
- Support users on best practices and proper system usage
- Develop operational procedures, user manuals, and training materials
- Facilitate HRIS functionality training sessions
- Support the Social Data Officer through data backup and reporting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in Human Resources, HRIS, or Information Systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing HRIS platforms
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS software and solid understanding of general information systems
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform, preferably Cegid RHPi
- Strong comprehension of HR processes and business priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Proven capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the management and administration of HRIS systems, including exposure to system configuration, user support, and functional evolution.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources Management, HRIS, or Information Systems.
